Who we are
Christian Tiles (“the app”) is made by Flagout Limited (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the app on iPhone, iPad and Android, and this website, christiantiles.app. For any question, email flagoutlimited@gmail.com.
What the app keeps on your device
The app saves your progress and settings on your device only: the notes you've played, your daily streak, best scores, cleared songs and trophies, the board you've chosen, whether music is on, and when the app last asked you for a rating. We can't see any of it. Deleting the app deletes it.
What the app sends, and to whom
- Update checks. The app asks the App Store (on iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (on Android) whether a newer version is out, so it can ask you to update. That request goes to Apple or Google, not to us, and their privacy policies apply.
- Ratings. If you choose to rate the app, Apple's or Google's own rating screen takes your rating and review, under their privacy policies.
- Sharing. When you tap Share, your device's share sheet sends a picture of your progress and a short message to the app you pick. Nothing passes through us.
- Emails to us. Contact developer opens your own email app with a message addressed to us. To help us fix problems it lists the app version, device model, system version, screen and text-size settings, language, region, time zone, battery and storage levels, and your game progress. You can read and change the message before you send it. It contains no advertising ID or other identifier.
How we use emails you send
We use them only to reply to you and to fix problems you report. We keep them as long as we need to help you, and delete them when you ask. Our email is provided by Google, which may store messages outside your country.
What we don't do
- No accounts or sign-in in the app.
- No advertising, analytics or tracking, and no third-party code for any of them.
- No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
- We don't sell or share personal data with anyone.
Children
Christian Tiles is made for all ages. The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children. If a child emails us, we use the message only to reply and then delete it. Parents and guardians can ask us to delete any message at flagoutlimited@gmail.com.
This website
The public pages of christiantiles.app use no cookies, analytics or advertising. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep basic server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. admin.christiantiles.app is for our team only and uses sign-in cookies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, the EU and UK GDPR or US state privacy laws, you may have the right to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. The only personal data we hold is email you have sent us. To make a request, email flagoutlimited@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Kenya, that's the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the app ever starts collecting data, this page will say so before it does.
