1. Who we are
Christian Tiles is made by Flagout Limited (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at flagoutlimited@gmail.com.
2. Using the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, which we can withdraw, to use Christian Tiles on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Your use must follow these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
3. Songs and content
The app's songs are either in the public domain or used with permission from their owners. The app itself, including its code, artwork, the lamb, and the Christian Tiles name and logo, belongs to Flagout Limited. You may not copy, extract, sell or redistribute the app, its songs or its artwork, except where the law allows. Pictures you share with the app's Share button are yours to share.
4. Fair play
Don't reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app except where the law allows. Don't interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Updates
We may update the app to add songs, fix problems or improve it. Sometimes the app asks you to install the latest version before you can keep playing. We may change or stop offering features, or the app itself.
6. Price
Christian Tiles is free to download and play. If we ever offer purchases in the app, the App Store or Google Play will handle them under their own terms.
7. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will be free of errors or always available. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
8. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid for the app.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you break these terms. Sections 3, 7, 8 and 11 continue to apply after that.
10. App Store and Google Play
If you downloaded Christian Tiles from Apple's App Store:
- These terms are between you and Flagout Limited, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content.
- Your licence covers Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions allow.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to meet any warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid, if any. As far as the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Apple isn't responsible for any claim by you or anyone else about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If anyone claims that the app infringes their intellectual property, Flagout Limited, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you aren't in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you aren't on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, Google Play's Terms of Service also apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes go to the courts of Kenya. This doesn't take away any right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live to bring a claim there.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll give notice in the app or on this website. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
